Returns & Exchanges
Metal Prints (Print-on-Demand Collections)
Our metal prints from the following collections are professionally printed on demand to ensure the highest quality:
- Abstract — Chaos tamed by balance
- Flora — The art of stillness
- 360° — Worlds within walls
Important: Because these pieces are custom-printed for each order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged.
Damaged Items: If your metal print arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Original Artworks & Other Products
For original artworks and other gallery items, please contact us to discuss return or exchange options on a case-by-case basis.
AR Visualization Tool
To help you choose the perfect artwork with confidence, we offer augmented reality (AR) visualization on all our pieces. This tool allows you to:
- See exactly how any artwork will look on your own walls
- Visualize different sizes and placements before purchasing
- Make informed decisions, especially for our print-on-demand metal prints
We strongly encourage using our AR tool before finalizing your purchase, particularly for metal prints that cannot be returned.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Shipping times vary based on product type:
- Metal Prints: Printed and shipped within 7-10 business days
- Original Artworks: Ships within 2-3 business days
